This album is a collection of piano solo improvisations which follow the journey of a young bird named How.

A Word From Justin:
When Pythagoras constructed the first stringed instruments, he believed that there were some frequencies that, when played together, would resound in such a pure and perfect way that they would heal people. I don't know if this is true, but I do know that playing the piano has been an important part of my healing journey. When the systems that we rely on fail, music can be a loyal companion. Whether you choose to broadcast these melodies in the background of your day or in the intimate spaces of your heart, it would give me great joy if they reached you at a time when you most needed it. I will warn you now that these recordings are in no way perfect, but that's jazz, baby.
